I'm currently bidding my time between classes whilst dubbing a tape for my boss.
i mention this because the tape is a home-made workout video made by a Stephen Segal look-alike ex-marine. i don't think i could work-out to this kind of video without taking 5 minute breaks of laughing in-between "Hurrah's!" Besides that, it's just him in an empty room, on the floor, tumbling around like a toddler. The quality of the tape doesn't quite meet up to a pr0n video, altho i am still waiting for a few guys to come in and "help him" with his "push ups"
